Reformer Pilates is performed on a reformer machine, which consists of a sliding carriage maneuvered by springs, ropes and pulleys. The reformer adds diversity, variety and varying degrees of resistance and difficulty to a workout.

Foundations yoga offers a well-rounded, full body workout, designed to center and strengthen the mind and body through gentle flows, stretching, and yoga props.
A slow, grounding class for a body that’s already warm. Expect yin-inspired stretches, gentle transitions, and restorative poses that access deeper muscle layers, encourage mobility, and support neurological reset. This class emphasizes mindful stillness, breath, and intentional movement to leave you feeling open, calm, and restored. In this class you will receive a total body stretch to reward your body for it’s hard work. This class is designed to satisfy all levels as the goal is to treat and restore your body. You will leave class feeling relaxed and limber!
Designed to relieve tension and tightness in the body, myofascial release (MFR) Yin yoga fusion combines the stress melting practices of MFR with the slower, meditative practice of Yin yoga. MFR uses various manual techniques to apply sustained pressure into the fascia to relieve tension and tightness in the body. Yin is a style of yoga that targets the deeper connective tissue (fascia) through slow/moderate pulling or pressure to release tension and create greater mobility. This class will help reduce muscle soreness, assist in the recovery process, increase circulation and help to relax the body.
Assisted stretching uses a practitioner’s guidance to take your flexibility further than you can reach alone. Tight hips, shoulders, and hamstrings respond quickly to consistent assisted work. A valuable addition to any movement practice for recovery, range of motion, and injury prevention.
Stay active and strong throughout your pregnancy with programming designed for your changing body. We focus on functional strength, mobility, and breath: movements that support labor and postpartum recovery. Safe, effective, and welcoming for all fitness levels and stages.
Postpartum fitness is about rebuilding, not rushing back. We progress gradually from deep core reconnection to full-body strength, respecting your timeline and recovery. Our instructors understand postpartum physiology and meet you exactly where you are.
This small group class is intentionally designed for pregnant & postpartum women to support you through the mental and physical demands of pregnancy into motherhood. Prenatal will have an emphasis on strength to help you build endurance, stretching to alleviate discomfort and breathwork to prepare your body and mind for a confident journey into motherhood. Post Natal will focus on reconnecting to your core and pelvic floor, begin to build strength back in your body and relieve tightness and tension from lack of sleep, constant baby holding and feeding. For postnatal mommas it is not recommended to attend this class earlier than 6 weeks postpartum or 8 weeks if you had a cesarean birth. All non-crawlers are welcome to attend with mama!
Core Restore is a structured program for rebuilding deep core function from the inside out. We address the foundational muscles: pelvic floor, deep abdominals, and spinal stabilizers, that most fitness programs miss entirely. Ideal after injury, surgery, or significant life transitions.

Diastasis recti requires a specific, progressive approach to heal correctly. Our program rebuilds deep core integrity through careful movement sequencing and breathwork. Our instructors are trained to assess and address abdominal separation safely and effectively.
