There are signature programs that run in a series for clients who have specific goals. With the Core Restore Program, clients strengthen and connect to the deep core muscles, which is helpful for people after childbirth or those who have core muscles that lack strength. As part of the Pelvic Floor Wellness Program, clients perform specific exercises as well as receive education to manage leaking, pressure and instability in the pelvis. To treat abdominal separation, the Diastasis Recti Recovery Program uses a gradual process that allows the body to heal.

On the topic of hands on care, Myofascial Release is a technique for the connective tissue that stores tension or makes it difficult to move. It is useful for areas of the body that are tight for a long time and do not improve with stretching. During Assisted Stretching, a trained practitioner moves your body through a wider range of motion than you can reach by yourself.

If a client is pregnant or has recently given birth, Prenatal Fitness besides Postnatal Fitness are programs that are different from the standard Pilates next to yoga classes. By using vibrational sound, Sound Bath sessions make the nervous system calm and provide a state of rest. It is a tool for individuals who experience stress.

There are also group programs, hands on services and specialty workshops available to clients. In the Wellness Workshops, instructors provide detailed information on subjects including posture, breathing, nutrition plus recovery. It is possible for people to learn new methods during those sessions without the requirement to join a full series.
